Apac Property Services is a network of highly skilled workmen who specialise
in property refurbishments. Our carefully selected team is ready to undertake all
tasks & projects under the supervision of our own in house managers.
We have everyone from carpenters and paint effect specialists; to brick layers and
plumbers - in short everyone necessary to bring your plans to reality and your
projects through to completion.
All electric and gas work is carried out by our supply chain contractors whom we have
chosen to work with because of their unrivalled reputation, experience and ability.
We are able to work 24 hours a day, seven days a week through a shift rotation system,
as well as dawn to dusk weekdays or weekend work, and offer increased team capacities
which allow us to reduce time needed to complete a project to a bare minimum. Our
specialist commercial teams are used to keeping noise to an absolute minimum, as
they have extensive experience carrying out "quiet work", including overnight painting
close to residential areas.
All our tradesmen are trained to the highest standards and their work is of the highest
quality. Because of our size and our flexible organisation structure we are able to ensure
that all projects are finished on or before agreed deadlines, and we are ready to include
penalty clauses in our contract, for not meeting deadlines.
